About

Who Am I?

My name is Emma Martyn, I am an AfN-certified Nutrition Coach and member of the RSPH, supporting families, schools and early years settings to build confident, practical approaches to food and nutrition.

I work with parents to provide evidence-based, realistic nutrition guidance through key stages of childhood, including weaning, picky eating, and creating healthy family routines that are achievable in everyday life. My approach is supportive, non-judgemental and focused on long-term wellbeing rather than perfection.

Alongside family support, I work with schools and nurseries to deliver practical cooking and nutrition education for children, helping them develop essential life skills and a positive relationship with food. This includes staff training, pupil cooking sessions, and support with EYFS-compliant menu planning that meets nutritional guidance while remaining practical and cost-effective.

My work bridges home and education settings, helping children feel confident around food and supporting adults with the knowledge and skills they need to guide them.
