Easter Stuffed Pepper 'Carrots'
These sweet mini stuffed peppers make a fun snack or part of a grazing board over Easter! What's more, they are so easy to make, they are perfect to make with your kids, making it an ideal Easter acitivty as well.

- 8 Sweet Mini Peppers- ideally orange
- 200g garlic and herb cream cheese
- pack of fresh dill
- Slice the tops off your mini peppers, slice them in halve lengthways and remove the seeds
- Fill the inside of the peppers with garlic and herbs cream cheese
- Place fresh dill coming out of the top to look like amini carrots
